Health – If you are wondering about recommended vaccinations or the safety of drinking water in the countries you are planning to visit, we use and highly recommend the travel information of the US Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Travel Safety – Here are some helpful links to review the current status of travel alerts or warnings. ExperiencePlus! monitors these sites and we also talk to our people on the ground to monitor what is happening if something does come up.

Safety on Tour
Stay informed – Make sure you know the basics about the area you are traveling to. In remote areas, cell phone reception may be spotty or unavailable and emergency facilities may not be in the immediate vicinity. Touring by bicycle means that you will encounter a variety of road conditions, including smooth pavement, but may also encounter sections that can have rough surfaces.
Review and accept our Terms and Conditions as well as the Traveler Code they include.
Hotel Itinerary – ExperiencePlus! will email all travelers a Hotel Itinerary about 30 days before your trip. You should share this with families and friends so they know where you will be each evening. If someone from home needs to get in touch with you, they should contact our US office.
How To Contact EP – Whether in an emergency or not, participants and family members can call the ExperiencePlus! US office and we in turn can contact our staff on tour. Check out our wide array of contact options at the ExperiencePlus! Contact Us page. If it is an emergency, please follow the prompts on our voice mail to leave an emergency message.
