Recipe: Aperol Spritz

If this cocktail doesn’t say summer in Italy, I don’t know what does. Bring a little taste of Italy to your back porch this summer with an Aperol Spritz.


2 oz. Aperol
3 oz. Prosecco
Splash of club soda


Fill a wine glass halfway with ice. Add Aperol, prosecco and sparkling water, and stir twice with a spoon. Serve with an orange slice and a side of friends. Salute!
